It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard O'Keefe of Stratford, New Jersey, who passed away on September 30, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard P. O'Keefe and Josephine Ann Bialecki O'Keefe. He is survived by: his brother Timothy O'Keefe; and his stepfather Alfred J. Grill.
