He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chen Hsia Tsou and Hsi Kang Ting; his great grandchild David (Lily); his wife Lily Li-Yu Ting (Mao); his sons, David Ting (Lily Hsu) and James Ting (Beatrice Long); and his grandchildren, Darren and Bonnie Ting. He was also cherished by eight children, four brothers and three sisters.
