Dexter, Jr. of England and Frederick Dexter of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Shawn Dexter, Kyle Dexter, Kathleen Mastromonaco and Shannon VanAllen; and his great grandchildren, Lily Dexter and Madison Mastomonaco.
