She was predeceased by: her brother Stephen Porch. She is survived by: her husband Tim Shook; her children, Mandy Shook, Matthew Shook, Tony Shook and Eric Shook; and her siblings, Patricia Penney, Michael Porch (Kimberly) and Jeffrey Porch (Janine). She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
