She was predeceased by: her spouse Andrew Galezniak. She is survived by: her children, Mary Sura, Ann Galezniak (Wally), Andrea Maimone (Charles), Andy Galezniak (Anne), Joe Galezniak (Kathy), John Galezniak (Julie) and Josie Bond (Steve); and her friend Wedneday.
