He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, John P. Welsh, Jr., Joanne P. Welsh Carr, Dorothy Irene Welsh Liberatore, James P. Welsh and Timothy P. Welsh. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
