It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Faye Alston of Somerdale, New Jersey, who passed away on August 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Fred R. Alston; her parents, Ella Mae Jennings and Clifton George Jennings, Sr.; her daughter Angelica Morton; and her grandson Fredrick Morton.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Alston, Michele Alston, Melora Alston and Eric Alston; her grandchildren, David Gibson, Kiona Fortune, Kareem Fisher, Robert Morton (Austin), Doris Morton, Danyel Morton, Rachael Alston, Micah Alston, David Alston, Matthew Alston, Sr., Isaiah Gibson, Isaac Gibson, Malachi Toppin, Shanyah Gibson, Therone Alston and Vinson Alston; her great grandchildren, Daiquan Morton, Jibreal Morton, Jaleel Reddick, Aquila Reddick, Amir Morton, Da'Mier Morton, Sanai Morton, Sakeena Amon, Sabir Amon, Hanif Morton, Saleena Morton, Matthew Alston Jr., Micah Fortune, Aubrey Alston, Karl Gerome Alston and Izeem Gibson; and her husband Fredrick R. Alston.
