Theresa Zagata Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Theresa Zagata of Sayreville, New Jersey, born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son David Zagata; and her siblings, William Garnett, Joseph Garnett, John Garnett, Frank Garnett, Raymond Garnett, Mary McNally and Katherine Dell.

She is survived by: her husband Frank Zagata; her son Tom (Pat Zagata); her daughter-in-law Carol Zagata; her grandsons, Craig, Allison Zagata, Ronald and Lynn Kuran; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Christopher, Benjamin and Michael Kuran. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.

She donated much of her time as member of the Sayreville Historical Society, VFW 4699 Ladies Auxiliary and St Stans seniors.
