He is survived by: his wife Rachel Szalay; his children, Isabella, Daniel Estok, Anthony Szalay and Father Richard Szalay (Diana Szalay); his mother Kathy Szalay (Mark Kujawski); his brother Richard Szalay; and his mother-in-law Sheran Applegate (David Boyd). He is also survived by many loving cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews and friends.
