He was predeceased by: his mother Mary; and his aunt Mary DeStefano. He is survived by: his father Robert Smith; his wife Lori Smith; his son Nicholas Smith; his siblings, Suzanne Gentile and Robert Charles Smith; his nieces, Julia and Jessica Gentile; his sister-in-law Lisa Marzarella; his nieces, Alexandra Marzarella Santos (Christopher), Samantha Marzarella and Shylah Oldano (Steve); and his great-niece Staci. He is also survived by family members and friends.
