He was predeceased by: his brother John Lese; and his parents, James Lese and Phyllis Lese. He is survived by: his children, Gene, James J. Lese, III, Nicole Niblic (Paul) and Lauren Ayon (Oliver); his grandchildren, Taylor Caballero (Jorge), Brielle, Isabella Niblic, Cole Niblic and Lucy Ayon; his great grandchild Jorge Caballero, III; and his siblings, Joyce Maslosecki (Al) and Joseph Lese.
