He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Kline and Ellen Elizabeth Kline; and his sister Jean Kline. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lee Kline; his children, Leigh Anne Ratcliffe, Peter Ratcliffe, James Kline Jr. and Steven Elder; and his grandchildren, Jake Ratcliffe, Luke Ratcliffe and Ava Ratcliffe. He is also survived by brother and sister in laws, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
