She was predeceased by: her husband Dominic Urbaniak; and her daughters, Kathleen Alexander (late David) and Loretta Urbaniak. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Urbaniak (late Joann) and Paul Urbaniak (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Steven, Joseph, Jennifer, Michael, Daniel and Allison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
