He was predeceased by: his parents, James R Costigan Sr. and Ellen. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Kosick); his children, Jennifer (Scott) of Brick, Lisa Marie of Bayville and Phillip of Lake Como; his grandchildren, Kiely and Logan Weisert of Brick; and his siblings, Edward, Dawn Costigan of Brooklyn, CT, Mary, Ernest Barraud of Brick, James R, Cheryl Costigan, Michael Costigan of Brick, Therese and Wes Savoy of Neptune. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
