He was predeceased by: his siblings, Valerie Kutasinska, Frances Stanieki and Michael Kutasinski. He is survived by: his wife Terry; his daughters, Debbie, Donna Martin of Wharton and Dorothy; his sisters, Elizabeth Moran of Brooklyn, NY, Helen Yaney of Brooklyn, NY and Mary Korba of Brooklyn, NY; and his grandchildren, Samantha Barker, Teddy Martin and Allie Terracino.
