He was predeceased by: his parents, Aleksandar Mladenovi and Jovka Mladenovi; and his sibling Makedon. He is survived by: his wife Snezanka Mladenova; his daughters, Anita Kozeska (Gorgi Kozeski) and Suzana Mladenovska (Saso Zdraveski); his granddaughters, Angelina Zdraveska, Eva Kozeska and Isabella Zdraveska; and his siblings, Stavre, Gute and Stanimir. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may proceed to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for Large Anaplastic T-Cell Lymphoma clinical trials and research c/o Suzana Mladenovska. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Snezanka Mladenova and all proceeds will be forwarded to the above research foundation at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
