She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard Bongo; her parents, Dominic Allocca and Concetta Allocca; her siblings, Philip Allocca and Dorothy "Dottie" Brennan; her brother-in-law Robert Bongo; her children, Robert (Judy), Richard (Wendy) and Regina (Timothy); her brother Richard Allocca; her siblings-in-law, Maureen Allocca, Carolyn Bongo and Noel Brennan; her grandchildren, Christopher, Keri, Erin, Samantha, Ryan, Emily, Kimberly (Jonathan) and Gregory; and her great grandchildren, Savannah and Charlotte.

Due to the current pandemic, services will be held privately for the family and a memorial in Barbara's honor will be held at a later date.
