He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette. He is survived by: his daughters, Toni Jurkiewicz of Oak Ridge, Debbie (Anthony Panzarella) of Ogdensburg and Kim Van Dien-Perez of Green Pond; his grandchildren, Tylor, Melissa, Rebecca, Amanda, Hannah, Anthony, Grace, Abby, Jacob, Emily and Oscar; and his great grandchild Kayden.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Green Pond Fire Department, 10 Dump Rd, Green Pond Rd, Newfoundland, NJ 07435.
