She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph F. "Roy" Slota. She is survived by: her children, Diane H. Mackey, Linda Slota and Joseph M. Slota (Jennifer). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Helen's memory to either St. John Cantius Church, c/o 4415 Almond St., Phila.
