He was predeceased by: his brothers, Frederick Carpenter, Kirk Carpenter and Jeffrey Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Alicia Rullan (Scott); his grandchildren, Julia and Evan; and his brothers, Ronald Carpenter (Odille), Clyde Carpenter (Janet) and Gregory Carpenter (Sonnie).
