She was predeceased by: her husband William A. She is survived by: her nieces, Joan Shank (Emerson), Patricia Bachan (late Frank) and Laura Williams; her nephew Thomas Williams (Maureen); and her siblings-in-law, Carmen Facente (Ron) and Fran Medico (Marc). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Helen's name to Hillsdale United Methodist Church.
