She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Horner and Estella Counsellor Horner; and her husband Rodney Owens. She is survived by: her children, Rodney M. Owens, Jr., David A. Owens and Rebecca K. Owens. She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
