He is survived by: his wife Lillian Willey Osborne; his daughter Marilyn L. Wilson of Quinton Township; his grandchildren, Dawn Vicari (David) of Rosenhayn and Donald Wilson of Quinton Township; his great grandchildren, Amanda Orgeron (Jarid) and Kristina Vicari; and his great great grandchildren, Charles Orgeron and Elizabeth Orgeron.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions in Charle's memory be made to the Millville Army Airfield Musuem, 1 Leddon Street, Millville, NJ 08332 Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township.
