She was predeceased by: her parents, William McConnell and Edith McConnell; her sister Wilhelmina Reardon; her husband John Koester; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Koester.
She is survived by: her children, Theodore Koester (Kris), Daniel Koester (Linda) and Pamela Russo (Fred); and her grandchildren, Michelle Palank (David), Stephanie Godwin (Rob), Brian Koester and Beth Moore. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
