He was predeceased by: his brother Daryl; his stepbrothers, Greg and Brett Harper; and his stepfather Belwyn "Butch" Harper. He is survived by: his wife Betsy (Mc Donnell); his parents, Carol Harper and Herb Botbyl (Susan); his aunt Janice Riecker; his uncle Roger Winters; and his cousins, Don, Rick and Kerri.

In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to Brookline Labrador Retriever Rescue, PO Box 638, Warrington, PA 18976 in memory of Todd.
