He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Schreiber and Barbara Reiter. He is survived by: his family, Maureen, Olivia, Emily and Abigail; his brother Dr. Robert Schreiber (Laurie); his nephews, Samuel and Isaac; his niece Ruth; his wife Maureen; his family Steve; and also Sarah.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association (ADA) in his honor.
