She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Holme Vulcz (Andy); her grandchildren, Christopher (Megan), Matthew (Victoria), Fiona Holme Maguire (Steven), Heather (Cain), Cory (Chloe), Shawn (Sam), Amanda Holme Salitsky (Matthew), Justin (Sara), Jessica (Chris), Baylee, Isabelle, Samantha Holme and Mark Collins; and her great grandchildren, Emory Jade and Sawyer Patrick.
