Mirtila Sotomayor Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mirtila Sotomayor of Pompton Plains, New Jersey, who passed away on December 3, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Basilio Poma; and her daughters, Gladys Poma and Gloria Poma. She is survived by: her sons, Moises (Hilda Poma) and Wilfredo (Doris Poma); her grandchildren, Willy, Vanessa Poma, Liz Jave (Richard Gutierrez) and Victor Jave; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Brianna, Tiffany, Jhan, Seth, Leticia and Rocio. She is also survived by 8 siblings.

Donations may be made in Mamita's name to Eva's Village, Paterson.
