He was predeceased by: his siblings, Troy Burklow and Ann Pormann. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Smith) of Pompton Plains; his sons, Tom Burklow (Miles, Jr.) of Pompton Plains, Todd Burklow of Pompton Plains and Tim Burklow (Linda) of Pompton Plains; his grandchildren, Benjamin (Diana) of Boonton Township, Morgan (Jacqueline) of Butler, Timmy, Lauren, Jason of Pompton Plains, Merrissa (John Pires) of Pompton Plains, Kaila and Donnie Roberson of New Castle, DE; and his sister Ruth Roberts (Al) of Illinois. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's memory would be greatly appreciate to The Chapel, 264 Jacksonville Rd., Lincoln Park, NJ 07035.
