She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ben Brudevold and Kathleen Brudevold; her husband Ernest J. Piro, Jr.; her children, Ernest J. Piro, III and Kathleen Okay (Nevin); her grandchildren, Abigail Piro, Nicholas Okay and Amanda Piro; and her daughter-in-law Deborah Piro.
