He was predeceased by: his parent Clinton Schmieg; and his brother Clinton. He is survived by: his parent Jeanette Schmieg; his wife Julie; his daughters, Jean Speer (John) and Marie Remington (Michael); and his grandchildren, Janna Remington, John Speer, Julia Remington and Julianne Speer.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's memory to the Cedar Crest Resident Care Fund would be greatly appreciated by his family.
