She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Tuohy. She is survived by: her mother Margaretta Tuohy; her children, Jack (Holly) and Lisa Durkin (Dave); her brother Joseph Tuohy (Mary); and her grandchildren, Samantha Lyon (Jake Struble), Benjamin Lyon, Thomas Lyon, Nicolas, Derek, Dylan and Shayna Jeffrey.
