He was predeceased by: his mother Celeste J. Burd (Zitarosa); his grandparents, Concetta, Nicholas Zitarosa, John C. and Dorothy M. Burd; and his uncle Robert A. Burd.
He is survived by: his father John "Butch" Burd; his siblings, Jennifer Burd and Casey Burd (Stephanie); and his nieces and nephews, Austin, Madison, Alexander Drucquer and Sadie Rose Burd.
