She was predeceased by: her spouse Frank Alexai; and her sibling William Hornyak. She is survived by: her child Susan Lasala (Ben) of Clark, N. J.; her sibling Evelyn Telepan; and her grandchildren, Joseph and Marissa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
