He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Albert Macmillan and Hazel Ann Macmillan (Templeton); and his siblings, William Albert Macmillan (Bill), Lorena Jean Naegele (Macmillan) and John Templeton Macmillan.
He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Ann Drugge; his daughters, Lauri Rae Macmillan (Macmillan) and Tracy Lynn Macmillan; his wife Laura Ann Macmillan (Budwell); and his granddaughters, Amy Rae Johnson and Emily Rose Macmillan.
