She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Sutton; and her son Carl Joshua Sutton-Epps. She is survived by: her mother Minnie Ruth Sutton; her husband Carl Epps; her daughters, Imari of Leeds, UK and Infinity of Egg Harbor, NJ; her stepson Christopher (Liz) of California; and her siblings, Loretta Chamblee of Newport News, VA, Diane Shelton (Ricky) of Queens, NY, Deanna Sutton of Salsbury, Carol Reese (John) of Richmond, VA., Elvis Heckstall of Delaware, Darryl McAddley of Frederick, MD and James "Coolie" Swain of Windsor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
