He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Paulaitis Sr. and Lola Williams Paulaitis; and his brother Ray Williams. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Catherine Green (Samuel Hanna), Charles E. Paulaitis III (Nina) and Carl Paulaitis (Tiffany); his siblings, Carol Paulaitis, Christine Sokos (Christos), Charlene Ciro (Antonio), Carla Buff (Donald) and Carin Mitchell (Anthony); and his grandchildren, Allyson, Charles IV and Jackson.
