He was predeceased by: his parents, Raphael Sr. Randolph and Hazel Randolph; and his son Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, Arthur and David (Patricia); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Rachel, Jeremy (Jillian), Veronica, Jacob and Zachary; and his great grandchild Cecilia Marie.
