He is survived by: his wife Eloise McFarland Travers-Stier; his children, Timothy, Thomas Stier and Tammi Nieves; his stepson Shawn Travers (Jackie); his grandchildren, Brian Phelps, Domingo Nieves, Riley Travers and Ella Travers; his great grandchild Aubree Phelps; his sisters, Delores Nixon and Jean Fischl (Donald); and his sister-in-law Dolores "Dolly" Stier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
