He is survived by: his wife Jean Carmody (Fenty); his children, Christine Gianopulos (Nicholas) of Northampton and Shawn Carmody (Toni); his grandchildren, Nicholas Gianopulos, Brandon Gianopulos, Alexis Carmody and Katie Carmody; and his brothers, Patrick Carmody and Thomas Carmody.
