She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas E. Summitt and Sarah B. Summitt (Farley); her husband George; her siblings, Janet Fulper and Charlies Summit; and her great grandchild Jasmine Pysher.
She is survived by: her sister Bloomsbury; her daughters, Donna Sipos Baylor of Mims, FL and Janice Gary (Al Russo) of Bath, PA; her grandchildren, Brian Krosencky (Lisa), Allison Moyer (Nevin), Sarah Hadid and Christopher Gary; her great grandchildren, Dylan Garrison, Draven, Ava Reign Moyer, Rylan Krosencky, Julianna and Lucas Pysher; her siblings, Gail Maslonka, Betty Fleming, Deanna Clymer and Kenneth Summit; her sister-in-law Doris Summit; and her close friend Angie Bush.
