He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kenneth and June Price (Lawton); and his wife Linda. He is survived by: his sons, Chip, Jr. (Kelly) of Phillipsburg and Shane (Laurel) of Indianapolis, IN; his brother Thomas (Carol) of Bath, PA; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Abbey, Sarah, Jameson and Ellanora.
