He was predeceased by: his father Albert J. Blaine Sr.; his sister Deborah Lisk; and his stepbrother Michael Zwickert. He is survived by: his mother Janet; his sisters, Cindy Sylvester and Kathleen Weston (Kenny); his girlfriend Diane Wilson; his stepmother Monika Blaine; and his stepsister Andrea Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
