He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Hoffman (Siebold) and Duke Raymond Hoffman (Pennsville); his brother Seth Hoffman (Jillian Smith); his aunt Mimmy Kim Drabold (Uncle Harry); his cousin Courtney Penn; and his uncles, Adam Hartsough, Donald VanNamee, Mickey McMann (Michael), Jamie and David Siebold.
