She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia A Whitman Dunaway and Jack Boyd York. She is survived by: her husband William D. "Bill" Shields; her children, Melissa and Hartley Turner (Heather); her brothers, James Dunaway David Dunaway (Cyndi) and Richard Dunaway; and her grandchildren, Jacey, Breanna, Connor, Abigail, Elijah, Kora, Kendall and Brody.
