He was predeceased by: his siblings, Michael, Andrew, Nicholas Mulick, Marie Lewkiewicz and Anne Sieper.
He is survived by: his wife Olga; his children, Craig Mulick (Lorraine), Linda Surgent (Gregory) and Robert Mulick (Catherine); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Matthew, Andrew, Catherine Mulick, Nicholas Surgent and Mark Surgent (Kelly Loebs); and also Zofia Sierota.
