She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Merena and Eugene Merena; and her brother Dymitr Merena (Vick). She is survived by: her children, Joanna Wieczerzak (Fred), Monika Pollick (Gary), Eva Forysiak, Mark Forysiak (Suzanne), Elizabeth Berkenbosch and Andrew Forysiak (Sarah); her grandchildren, Michael (Nicole), Hannah, Leah, Mia, Lena, Julia, Samantha, Adam and Genevieve; and her great grandchild Brooklyn.
