He was predeceased by: his husband Vera Kodz (Zaisawa); and his siblings, John, Walter, Michael, Waselle, Peter, Lidia and Helen.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Kodz (Mary Lou) of Reading, PA and Mary Gozel (Frank); his grandchildren, Kevin (Amanda) and Caryn (Alan); and also Larisa Kadaka.
