He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Bird Duncan and Catherine Creola Duncan; his stepmother Rosa Myrtle Duncan; his wife Carol Ann Duncan; and his sisters, Hazel Louisa Jennings (Gene) and Donna Jean Quinley (William).
He is survived by: his son David Brian Duncan MD (Alessandro Motter); and his siblings, Amos Bird Duncan Jr. (Carol), Shirley Louise Reagan (Harry) and Tanya Faye Bush (Jack). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
