It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harvey Leonard Foster of Ocean, New Jersey, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his son Joseph; and his sister Mary Battel of Bayville. He is survived by: his children, Ernest Foster, Leigh McElroy, Bobbie, Debra Dreher and Margaret Foster of Pine Beach.

Donations in memory of Duke would be appreciated to Deborah Heart and Lung Center.
